Where do I find MOC Token distribution and utility Information?

Hi I am thinking about trying out Money on Chain and exchange some rBTC for BPRO.

Not sure how much to deposit. I read on Reddit that their is a required amount to deposit if you want to get some MOC tokens.

I cannot find out more information about how MOC tokens are distributed, or what their current / future utility will be.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
