Whats the best advice people have for long term secure storage of BPro?

so just a quick beginner question:
I am currently using the Liquality wallet. where are my actual tokens stored now?
are they on MOC, on my Liquality wallet, or …?
and if for whatever reason there is some problem with MOC, is there anywhwere else I could trade my Bpro tokens? Can they be sold back into RBTC on another platform?
Just trying to understand the structure and the risks.
